Club Keeper Training

Club Keeper Training is a FREE * offering for any NKSA PRO or Premier
player interested in developing their goalkeeping skills.  During each Spring and Fall season there are typically multiple sessions offered. Players are encouraged to attend at least ONE session per week, but can attend more.  Coaches are instructed to have goalkeepers attend
in lieu of one team training session each week if needed

During the summer and winter Keeper Training will be offered where field and staff availability allow.

Topics will include basic footwork and catching, diving, shot stopping, angle play and positioning, dealing with 1v1's, communicating with your team, and distributing the ball after the save.
